Rates

Le Mas du Cyprès is for rent all year around

 

Your rental includes the entire property:
• Main building, courtyard, garden&pool
• Linen&towels are included (except for week end rentals)
• Maintenance of pool&garden is also included

House cleaning : 150 €

Energy : 50€ per week end, 100€ per week

Week rates:
• July & August: 3,500€/week
• Low season (rest of the year): 2,600€/week

Week-end rates:
• Exclusively during low season: 450€/night (house line not included,  in option 100 €)

 

Local tourist tax : 1,67€ / adult / night (2024 rate) - (until end 2023 = 1€)
